Your donations make it possible for Mascot Miracles Foundation to provide experiences for kids and their families who struggle daily to smile, laugh, and play with Utah’s favorite mascots.
There are a number of ways for you to donate to MMF:

The hundreds of generous in-kind donations from individuals and businesses in our community make it possible for Mascot Miracles Foundation to provide the opportunities we do for our heroes and their families. Donations of auction items for our fundraising events, materials and venues for events, tires and maintenance of our Mascot vehicles – every donation, large or small, makes a huge difference.

You may be able to increase the impact or your donation. Many employers donate to their employees’ favorite charities by matching their contributions, sometimes dollar-for-dollar or more.
If your company is eligible, request a matching gift form from your employer and send it completed and signed with the receipt of your gift. We will do the rest. The impact of your gift to Mascot Miracles may be doubled or even tripled.
To find out if your employer will match your donation, please contact your human resources or matching gifts department to see if you can establish a matching gifts program with Mascot Miracles Foundation.
How Do I Apply for a Matching Gift?
Obtain a matching gift form and program guidelines from your human resources office.
Fill in the Employee section of the form and mail it to Mascot Miracles Foundation at the address below along with your donation.
If you've made your contribution online, simply fill in the employee section of the form from your employer and mail it to:

We will complete the rest of the form and return it to your employer for processing. The company will send its matching donation directly to Mascot Miracles Foundation.

A planned gift, such as a bequest in your will or trust, life insurance designations, or stock donation ensures your support for our heroes, angels, and their families, while possibly providing you with significant tax benefits. You'll do more than help kids who struggle every day - you'll create a legacy that will impact them for years to come.
Adding a bequest to your will or living trust can be as simple as adding a single sentence. Below is sample language to take to your attorney as a starting point:
I give the sum of $___ or ___% to the Mascot Miracles Foundation, PO Box 434, West Jordan UT 84084, Tax ID#46-3864793,to be used or disposed of as its Board of Directors deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
